In service design workshop, the class was challenged to improve service of WG or accommodation in Dessau. I chose to focus on international students target and did interviews to find some insights and ‘painpoint’ from them. In final stage, I defined problem statement how might we help International Students to be clear and comfortable with the process of applying apartment before they arrive in Germany?

After the ideas, I am aware of value proposition ‘trust’ and ‘understandable’ to give them the guidance service to help international students to know what the current stage is and what they need to do to apply apartment with ease.
